The Golden Ratio for Bioenzymes
1 : 3 : 10
- 1 part – Jaggery / Brown Sugar
- 3 parts – Citrus peels (orange, lemon, pineapple, etc.)
- 10 parts – Water
Mix all the ingredients in a plastic container, leaving some empty space for fermentation.
🕒 Fermentation Period:
Allow it to ferment for 90 days in a cool, shaded place.
